The hotel was built in 2001 and has recently been remodeled for our guests’ enjoyment.
Is there a dress code for the restaurants?
Yes. À la carte restaurants require dress code: long pants and closed-toe shoes for men. Buffet restaurants require shirts and no bare feet; wet swimsuits are not allowed.
How far is the resort from the airport?
Royal Solaris Los Cabos is approximately 15 minutes away by taxi or shuttle bus.
Does Royal Solaris in Cabo have a Airport Hotel transportation service?
Yes. Transportation service is available; reservations are required at least 72 hours before your arrival. Extra costs may apply.

My flight arrives at 12:00. Can we use the hotel facilities until check-in at no extra cost?

Solaris Spa offers deep-tissue, hot stone, sports and Swedish massages; reflexology; manicures and pedicures; body wraps, treatments and scrubs; facials; and access to a hydromassage bath, hot tub, and steam room.
What are the age/size requirements for kids to use the slides?
The kids’ club slides are for children ages 4 to 11. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Maximum height: 4.5 ft (approx. 137 cm).
What’s the youngest age accepted at the kids’ club?
Children under 4 years old may attend when accompanied by an adult.
Does the resort have life jackets/flotation devices and water toys for kids?
Yes. You’ll find life jackets, flotation devices, and water toys at the tobbaco shop inside the resort (extra cost applies).
Is there overnight car parking?
Yes, a guest parking lot is available. Valet parking is not offered.
Which services or amenities are not included in the package?
Some services carry an extra fee: motorized water sports, spa services, laundry, car rental, premium alcoholic drinks, à la carte meat cuts, off-property activities, telephone calls, tobacco shop purchases, and other concessions.
