Cancellation, Change, and Early Departure Policy
We know plans can change, and we want to help you clearly understand how our cancellation and modification policies work. Fees depend on when you notify us and your scheduled arrival date. Here's a clear breakdown:
April 12–26, 2025
- During this period, any changes or cancellations made 14 days or fewer before check-in will incur a penalty equal to the full stay.
- This is a high-demand season, so we recommend confirming your plans in advance.
April 27–December 20, 2025
- During this season, you can cancel or modify without penalty as long as you do so more than 7 days before your arrival. Otherwise, a 2-night fee will apply.
- It's a great time to travel with more flexibility.
What if I leave early?
If you check out earlier than planned, the same cancellation policy applies based on your original arrival date. We recommend keeping this in mind when organizing your itinerary.
Refund Policy
At Club Solaris, we understand that travel plans can change. To make the process clear and hassle-free, here’s how our refund policy works:
How do I request a refund?
All refund requests must be made in writing. Please send an email to [email protected] including your booking information and a brief explanation of your request. Refunds will not be processed unless requested in writing.
Important information
- Refunds are processed only after applying any applicable penalties for cancellations, changes, no-shows, or early departures.
- The refund process may take 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the transaction type and your financial institution.
- All refunds are issued only to the original credit card used for payment. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or via other payment methods.
