- Submit the form within a maximum of 48 hours after making your reservation
- Our team will validate the information and contact you within a maximum of two business days. If the conditions are met, we will update your reservation with the lower rate and grant you hotel credits equivalent to 10%. If the conditions are not met, we will send you an email within the same timeframe explaining why your request does not qualify for the guarantee.
Terms and conditions:
- You must have an active reservation made through our website and have a confirmation number.
- The data you send us will be compared to any publicly available reservation from a recognized travel agency. The Best Online Price Guarantee does not apply to restricted-access rates that require any type of prior identification, nor to exclusive offers for specific groups (corporate, loyalty programs, point-based programs, etc.).
- The following must match: hotel, check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms, number of guests, room type, payment currency, and cancellation flexibility. The reservation terms and conditions must be identical. The price policy applies to comparisons with any other authorized online source that offers instant booking.
- Club Solaris reserves the right to modify or cancel this Best Online Price Guarantee at any time without notice.
- Does not apply to flight + hotel packages.
- If there are price changes on our own website and booking engine, we will update the price to the current one, but the additional 10% discount will not apply in any case.
